    Scam Report

    Report Type: [Gambling] Fake gambling website
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198031563598

    Victim profile: 76561198296105269

    What happened? Description:
    This random person added me as a friend. I saw his profile and his comments were very suspicious. Almost all his comments have +rep. So he sent me a message saying he owns a gambling site and he says that I can win when I send him half of my winnings. I don't really know what he means but I know that this is a popular scamming method. I told him that I don't gamble and that is when he quickly went offline and he removed me as friend.

    Provide Evidence:
    We did not trade anything but I knew this was a scamming trick scammers use.

    Never: hey
    Rich: hey
    Never: i'm a moderator of a csgo gamble site

    Never: can we do it?

    @Crontotic
    You didn't take a FULL screenshot of the users profile WHILE friends so I can't confirm you were ever in communication with THIS user your accusing and not an impersonator.
    Since you failed to do that please follow next instructions.
    Need to verify this and you can do that with a screenshot of your friend/user activity thru a web browser - when you take this and it shows you adding the user hover your mouse pointer over the users name so it shows the popup of the profile. Make sure you open this in a web browser before doing anything rather than steam client. Take the screenshot and make sure it's Full Screen and make sure steam client URL is enabled, not edited or cropped in any way! Upload HEREā€¦NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!

    Review this screenshot guide to help you:

    @Crontotic Yes but it wasn't thru a web browser and didn't show a URL at the bottom as I asked.
    First attempt was good but just didn't have the URL
