    What happened? Description:
    Guy randomly added me on steam. wanted me to "help him" take items out of a site. so I f✿✿✿ed with him a little and removed him.​

    Sorry I see no evidence of a scam here - the user asking you that very question proves nothing negative or bad that I can tell.
    Even if they gave you a game site and it was a fake gambling referenced we wouldn't review it due to policy either.
