What happened? Description:

Hello, this person is the owner of automated bot keys seller (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198190114214 and http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198205307371), I have done a deposit 0.95190949 BTC to the bot. I have available to buy 204 CSGO keys with that balance. Then I make a purchase for 200 keys (6 Feb 2016) but bot having problems and did not accept my trade offer, I get the rest 4 CSGO keys without problems. I have sent more than 4 report in the owner group (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/skeybot/discussions/0/494631873667740112/), discuss these issues with the moderator, follow all instructions moderator, ask the moderator to bring owners and provide clarity, send reports to www.bit4keys.com (website owner) and I even want to talk about my refunds but the owner was always reject friend requests.
I have tried to wait and give time but two months had passed, no refunds, no response.

Here screenshots for balance and keys are available to me, is also evidence of trade history that I just get the rest of the 4 keys and never received 200 keys on 6 February 2016.​

Hi, I have not been in contact or speak directly with the owner and I have tried several times to add a friend request but the owner has always reject. I've also sent a report on this issue through the group and website owners but I did not receive a response or refund.
