He Sold Me A Duped Scorching Hetman's Headpiece For A Clean LVL1 Max Head He Claimed It Was Clean. He Then Would Not Provide Me With a Refund. He Give A Phony Reason That His Hat Is Clean By Saying Since His Name Is At The Of The History. He Also Added A V.Luger S.Dead Ringer And 2 Keys Me Thinking Its a Good Deal Takes It Then I Check The History And Its Says Its Duped. My Friend Told Me This Is A Bannable Offence So I'm Post This.​

I understand that he pretty much admits that he knows its a dupe, but without the original chat, there is no solid proof against him. If we could see that he claimed it was a clean max then you have evidence. As it stands he admits that its duped but no way to prove that you didnt already know this. Its his word against yours.
