What happened? Description:

This user wanted to buy 80 keys from me, he paid me with paypal and i gave him my 80 keys, then, the day after, he contacted paypal for an anauthorized transaction and paypal without neither contact me, has transfered 151 usd dollars that he payed to me to HIM!!! This is what happened...​

I think that he has multiple accounts, because before giving him the 80 keys, i checked his rep on this site under the name "ConoNova" and he was clean, but after the occurred, he changed his name in "Teddy" and now he has 2 ban report, i can't understand this...

Another proof and another important thing that i must say: the old nickname of this user was "ConoNova", now is "Teddy", so, when i looked up to his profile on steamrep under the name "ConoNova", he was clean, no scam reports, but after the happened, he changed his name in "Teddy" and on the steamrep forum he had 2 scam reports, my question is HOW did he done this? Does it have 2 different accounts?

His account was hacked about 2 weeks ago. Cononova is a friend of mine in real life, and he's resolving the issues with Steam customer support. From what I could tell, the hacker traded with a few people and all were scammed out of $100+. I tried to warn people by leaving a message on his account page, but it was deleted after a couple hours, along with all negative feedback that scammed people left. I'm posting this in the 3 reports here so more people will be able to read it.

Thank you for help but can we get a refund, even partially about this? The steam support can do something in reply to ConoNova's report?

I'm not sure, since I haven't done anything about scams before. I'm just trying to defend my friend since he's unable right now.

Steam don't refund anything for any paypal scam, never sell more than 30 keys in one trade for a first trade with an account
