    What happened? Description:
    He had more rep, not marked on steamrep. I sent him my Flip Knife. Told me there's a bug and I had to restart my computer for paypal to go through. (probably to erase chat messages on pc). He blocked me after.​

    Proof my email tied to my paypal is the same as the one I gave him is attached.

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
