    Scam Report

Report Type: [Trade Offer Fraud] Using Trade Offer URL fraud
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198034883500

    Victim profile: 76561197960372450

    What happened? Description:
So this guy wrote on my profile, telling me he wanted to trade my cases and graffiti for his ak redline, which seemed like a dumb trade so i was suspicious instantly. Turns out his apparent main is his main for real. However, his Trade Url leads to a fake steam trade window site.

    Provide Evidence:
There are 2 involved. first off the one who write on my profile, which info i also wrote above.
On the pic Scam1 you can see the first alleged scammer writing on my profile, proof of my profile can you see at the top, as i am able to add a showcase to my profile.

On Scam2 you can see his apparent Main account, which also says he is trading skins for graffitis, and he has his tradeurl on the top of his profile.
Here is also the Steaminfo of the second alleged scammer:

    | steamname: John Snow
    | steam3ID: [U:1:108888105]
    | steamID32: STEAM_0:1:54444052
    | steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198069153833
    | customURL: http://steamcommunity.com/id/JohnSnow777
    | steamrep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198069153833

He blocked out the link preview on steam, however you can see trough chrome that the tradeurl leads to a fake steam trade.

In Scam3 you can see that his tade url leads to a fake steam site. (In the lower left, the ref link address bar.)

I took the Liberty and clicked on the link and see where it leads, ofcourse to a fake steam and his apparent tradeurl, as you can see in the addressbar in screen4.

Im not really sure under what category this falls, fake links or tradeurl scam, but ultimately decided to report it as tradeurl scam, because when you click the link, the actual link the referal refers to is hidden as an tradeurl, ofcourse on fake steam, but still very good hidden.

I hope to achieve Steamrep bans for both of those, as they both actively are engaging in scam attempts, wether it be classified as fake links scam only, or trade url scam as i said.

If i should make a second report thread for his apparent "Main", let me know.

Hello, I wanted trade my ak redline for all your cases or graffities. So if u dont need them just send me offer. My ak and tradelink in my main - http://steamcommunity.com/id/JohnSnow777/ . Dont add me i got limit, just send offer. Thanks
