Description: Yearof1996 agreed to Paypal the victim, Helmey, $8 USD for 15 refined. Helmey traded him the metal, was never paid, scammer blocked Helmey and several of Helmey's friends (myself included and I've never even talked to the guy before).

He also appears to have faked his rep thread (all newbie accounts created/posted minutes after each other): http://sourceop.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=104800&highlight=
His rep thread also opens up with a screenshot of a guy claiming he was scammed out of a hat, and the same guy smurfpokemnan posts in the thread that he was scammed out of a hat (but hasn't filed a scam report that I can see).

And is now claiming he got "hacked" on TF2Outpost, most likely to avoid being marked as a scammer. (Why would someone would hijack an account and then scam $8 of refined?)
