    Accused profile: 76561198035902248

    Victim profile: 76561198063580303

    What happened? Description:
    We met on csgolounge and he had positive trade rep on his profile referring to him being able to trade through paypal trustingly. however, upon my trading him first, he logged out, and blocked my account, as well as changed his name and profile photo.​

    Provide Evidence:
    This is what i have, of my paypal while open, my steam trade during and the chat. the canceled money request was of a different person attempting to scam me.​
