What happened? Description:

well, I added him on steam from a facebook group, he told me that he'll give me wallet code with 10$ usd and when I gave him the gift (sent to his email) he gave me a wallet code already used and blocked me, I tried to add him with other accounts but he blocked me also and changed his name​
