What happened? Description:

My friend believed this guy scammed him of his blizzardy storm one man army. He said it was through OPskins but I looked and the hat is in this guy's inventory. I can't say for sure if this is a scam or not but based on what I've seen I'm almost completely positive this is a scam.​
