Description:
He added me with the intention of buying an all-father and team captain.
Showed me his "rep" which included no real-money transactions just random trades hes done over TF2outpost. Then he asked me to go first as well.
I showed him my rep and he immediately went offline which is when I got cautious.
He came back online a few minutes later, said his computer had "crashed" and asked for my rep again.
Gave him my paypal and everything and he said he had sent the money.
I waited 5 minutes and nothing showed up in my paypal, apparently he thought I wouldn't check and just give him the hats.
I told him I hadn't gotten anything in paypal then he tried to accuse me of scamming to get him to send the money twice. Probably as a guilt trip to give him the hats.
I told him if he sent the money to show the transaction ID from paypal. He realized he was screwed and immediately bolted, went offline and removed me from friends.

Definitely looks like a scam. Since there is limited evidence and it was just an attempted scam, I'm just going to mark him as a caution. I'm very glad that an actual scam didn't take place, though! Thank you for the report.
