Pretty simple, this fellow is going around on trade servers offering to buy stuff up, the conversation started with him asking me what my most valuable hat is. Upon taking a look at his steam profile, every comment made on his profile took place within 2 hours, including a comment where a person was claiming he was going on public servers offering people metal in order for false rep on his profile.

So, I strung him along to see whether he would try and ask me to go first with a paypal trade, which he inevitably does. This doesn't warrant a scammer tag, he hasn't scammed anyone yet but some words of caution are needed on this person's steamrep page.
