Back in November, I made a trade with this individual here: http://steamcommunity.com/id/roflwafflecopter/ The trade was for my TF2 Team Captain #42 and five keys for a copy of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The trade is shown here, screenshot provided by the other user: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16341468/SkyrimTrade01.png Recently I noticed that Skyrim suddenly went missing. After contacting Steam support, I found that the buyer charged back the purchase. I talked with the person I traded with about the issue and they said that they had received the gifted copy first from this user: http://steamcommunity.com/id/DejasenGames He traded two TF2 earbuds in exchange for the game, the trade is shown here, screenshot also provided by the other user: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16341468/SkyrimTrade02.png

The reason why I marked the user in question as a possible scammer is because we haven't been able to contact him to see if he was the actual buyer of the original gifted copy. He's been offline for a good two days now. I wasn't sure where else to post a report like this, I'm just hoping someone can help me get this all sorted out so we can name the cardholder who originally bought and just disputed the gifted copy.

These kind of trades are generally very hard to prove any wrongdoing in as the amount of research involved is very time consuming. There are multiple possible reasons for this taking place and without more information I cannot mark anybody for anything.

Just had a chat with Sebas.Esen. The Skyrim copy was one of the many chargebacks resulting from Sir Billy of the Mays.

Billy mays has been marked for awhile, sorry for your loss but there is nothing the admins can do.
