Description:
I met this person a while back when he first started trading. We don't talk much, and on the day the incident occurred, I was just making a conversation and told him that i wanted to combine all my unusuals into one unusual and wanted him to broker it for me. He finally decided to do it, which I was hoping he wouldn't. Anyway, Marmatote said that he needed the items to make a trade on tf2outpost and tf2tp, which I hesitated with, but finally agreed. Then, he made conversation and took his time, and then suddenly logged off, which was when I first took action with steam support.

I panicked when I got scammed and closed everything :/ Steam Support trade banned him and now he's on probation, if that's enough proof. But other than that, I have nothing.

If their is a need for more evidence the SteamRep admins should contact marmatote and ask how he obtained about 12 buds in one day. Pretty simple ask for paypal transactions done on the day when he received the hats and ask for his trade history. I've heard about this case and wouldn't like a possible high theft scammer be able to get away with no punishment.

Unnamed if you could do the same thing and take a screenshot of your PayPal so the admins can know that their was no transaction completed.

btw, i reversed paypal from itunes cuz my friend accidently bought something on my paypal

Sorry but the burden of proof at the report stage is on the victim or reporter. It is not SteamREPs responsibility to add scammers until the appeal stage.

Since the window to get evidence is closed, so is this thread.
