I just got scammed for 2x Counter Strike Source and one Portal 2. He said he had an untradeable dota2, which he did have in his inventory, I looked and yes it was untradeable. There is a video that explains the whole thing. Sorry for the poor qquality. I didnt want to wait a half hour to upload.

We don't have the authority to trade ban people- only Valve can do that. You are welcome to report the scammer to Valve by filling out a support ticket at http://support.steampowered.com Be sure to include a link to that video as evidence.

In general, CD-key trading is very risky and very difficult to prove. For this reason, SteamRep does not generally support CD-key scam reports. I personally would not recommend it for those very reasons- lots of people have been getting scammed with them recently. Given that this video very clearly shows how the trade went down and how you were scammed, I will leave this as pending so an admin can mark the scammer. Thank you for your report!

It wasnt a CD key it was his untradeable dota. Which was in his inventory. But thank you! Already filed a report with steam.
