I made a trade on tf2 outpost looking for buds/bills for money and he added me talked a little as you can see guess it's my fault for trusting him but people on his profile said he was trustworthy so i went with it.

just open up a dispute saying unauthorized payment it will take bit long but youll get ur money anyways

Definitely better to report him as well so he doesn't come back and try to report you for a chargeback and make you look to be the bad guy. Marking him now- thanks for the report.
