So im coming on Rawr trade server and notice Joeytacos was "raffling" a bills hat. It was a 2 rec entry and then it started to get fishy. I checked his BP to see if there was a Bills hat, and there wasn't. I started to talk to him say that he didn't have one but then comesback with an excuse saying "Its gifted and you can't see it, it makes sure i don't get scammed". He says 2 people in his raffle FreeformJACKo and Flemfogga. They both were telling the server to "Join the raffle so we can get the bills!". I Checked on all 3 of their profiles and they all have the same themed profile pic and they're friends. I call them out with this evidence and then they leave quickly.
