This guy is ridiculos, he faked the paypal mail and sent me this:

The guy was complaining about it and posted a full chat log here.

Honestly he had to of actually sent the money or how else would he have gotten your name, that information doesn't show up until you send the money and you never gave your name to him before you put it into chat.

Also in the screenshots you provided he even says,"PLATINUM ROYCE: Sent, Mircea" and that is said without you mentioning your name at all.

However I can not say if he sent it as an e-check by accident or not.

Please sceenshot your paypal to show that you do no have any pending payments.

Also contact paypal and verify that the transaction ID you have listed above is legitimate or not.

I'd like this post to be archived or deleted, it seems it has been a missunderstanding between us two that we finally solved.
