What happened? Description:

I added him because i was interested to buy his 2 items : Ak Vulcan + M4A1 Masterpiece
After we talked about a price, i offer him to pay 50% of the price first, he give me the skins then i pay him the rest. So he was ok, i just send him 50% (22.5€) and then he said he needs to wait his brother for confirm the payement. After 1hour to wait, he just deleted me.​

So i just chargeback my payement over paypal with all the screens to proove that.

Once you've opened a dispute with paypal, do not close it unless he refunds you or gives you the items. He can refund you while the dispute is open. If you close the dispute you cannot reopen it or recreate it - the money will be gone.
