    What happened? Description:
    He was buying CS GO items in the game Maplestory. After the trade he blocked on steam and logged out on maplestory.​

    This is probably how he got the majority of his CS GO items. I have always seen this guy spamming "Buying CS:GO items" in Maplestory.​
