What happened? Description:

I am on backpack.tf n looking to buy a key with 13.66 ref pure. I click the trade offer link n trade for the key but it turns out that I get a tour of duty item with worth only 5.66 ref. Maybe I inserted the wrong tour of duty ticket item. There is no way to cancel it as he accepted it very fast and immediately blocked me. I try to go back to the trade offer link to negotiate but the link is expired. So it seems that he also immediately cancelled the trade offer link. I told one of my steam friend (Rhetoric) immediately and he added him. But unfortunately he was also being blocked by the trader. Then I saw his changed his name from Jusé|Zé to stifem and profile picture, maybe intending to hide his crime.​
