Description: Came on to the server I administrate[TF2-Trader], and ran from a spycrab. He's permabanned off our server and want to make sure he doesn't run from anyone else.

Just as a note: He's blocked the other crabber, myself and two others who tried to add him.

Can you contact the victim and have him post screenshots of his trade history to provide proof of non-payment?
