Was selling a TS Bills on outpost (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/851607) and after about 30 mins I was added by Clife, I thought he meant keys so I sent trade twice (first time I thought it was an error) when he said he was using paypal. I went to steamrep to check him out (sourceop was down at the time and from a different report it seems he didn't have any there) when he sent me the links to outpost rep and his profile. His profile had some rep, but when I looked at outpost I noticed 'Brother my Fisto' who I knew was a good trader from experience trading keys a few days earlier, had posted that Clife scammed a bills out of him. When I told this to Clife he said Fisto was lying and then removed me.

I'm disguising this as a good rep because they disabled the bad rep function. This guy scammed me out of a Bills, and yes I appealed to Steamrep. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS PERSON.

This post in and of itself is not enough to mark but the fact that there is another post with a potential scam definitely puts this in a high likelihood that he was going to scam you. I will add this to his page. Thank you for the report!
