This is not in the proper report format, also the accused phishing site, is not actually a phishing site, as is set precedent here.
While this site does promote spamming the name the site, it does not ask for steam names, or passwords and is in most cases, not regarded as a phishing site.

Also, the site in question has turned into something far more serious. Namely the offerings of free money via gambling. I can barely understand it with google translate, and anyone who can translate it should help me know what the site is rambling on about.
