This individual added me out of the blue desperate to buy earbuds, the desperation was big enought to rise some awareness on my end. After looking a bit into this, i found out this was an chargeback scammer. I added the victim and he provided some proof of the chargeback. Afterwards i confirmed the email of the alleged scammer, they matched. Afterwards he admitted that his little brother was the one who scammed using his account.

Don't believe that "little brother" excuse, nearly everyone I've banned on TF2OP said their little brother used their account to scam.

This should be enough evidence to mark.
