    What happened? Description:
    Spy crab runner, agreed to spycrab 2 keys, after losing he proceeded to leave and not give the keys and block me.​

    Provide Evidence:
    He thought about giving the keys and then changed his mind and blocked me - this was on tf2 trade server - 74.91.112.61:27015 & a server admin has banned him on the server for spycrab running.
