Description:
Randomly adds me offering me craft hats for my unusual hat telling me that I dont need it since I only have a few hours played in tf2. He was certainly attempting to shark my hat and I'm sure he has done this succesfully in the past too. I deleted him soon after and we did not trade so I don't know if this is valid enough. Thanks

Unfortunately there is not enough evidence here to warrant a scammer tag. It looks like the guy may have just been offering items to you. In addition, we don't tag for sharking. However, as Jonah said, thank you for the report anyway.
