Description:
I was trying to sell my hat for some money and he say he got scamed for 175$ and he say i gonna go first and there we trade i give him the hat and arfter he log off

If both parties don't have any rep it's wise to use a TRUSTED middleman. (of course it wouldn't have protected you from a chargeback)

Change CustomURL to your customurl.

It would still be good to show you're trade history to the SteamRep admins, even if the scammer gave the hat back, he still scammed you, and can potentially scam others.
