Description: I found the person through a TF2Outpost trade. He claimed he was selling a Strange Flamethrower with a Projectiles Deflected Strange Part. We added each other, traded, and when I checked the Strange Flamethrower in my backpack, there was no Strange Part attached. I contacted the seller through the thread to ask for a refund/explanation. He rejected any further friend adds (as he removed me from his friends list right after the trade.) He also denies that the item does not have the Strange Part.

While I can't say it's a bait-and-switch, it's more akin to "product not as described."

Jailbait is investigating this as he's a TF2OP Admin.

Yeah, if he tries to sell off an item that dosen't have a strange part as one that does that's scamming.
