Description:
This scammer routinely mis-represents the value of his items. I overlooked it when he tried to overvalue Unusuals, because their value is subjective. But he tried to sell me the Cozy Camper for multiple keys. Overvaluing and mis-representation may not be the strict defintion of scamming, but I don't think this person should be welcomed in the trading community. And I feel it is only a matter until he escalates his scamming.

Sorry, no chat transcript, because I closed the trade, but you can see part of the conversation in the screenshot. User is already on probation for scamming.

Unfortunately, we don't mark for overpricing items. A seller has the right to sell his items for whatever price he wishes- the buyer has the choice either to accept it or go elsewhere. While price gouging is definitely not in the interest of good trading, it is not a scam. I will make a note of this, however.

Regardless, thank you for the report! He is already marked as a scammer by MCT (Mann Co Trading), one of our affiliate sites so it appears he has already escalated his scamming. If you hear of more he does, please let us know.
