What happened? Description:

Game trade scam: Region locked game passed for ROW. He got my keys and went offline even though he said he would have refunded me​

Provide Evidence:

Hello there, this guy added me (i had a trade where i was looking to buy a copy of dead rising 2 complete edition) and told me that the game was not region locked in the usa. So I asked him if he would have given me refund if it hadn't worked.
After the trade he went offline and now i have a region blocked game.
(P.S. on the game it's not written it is region blocked, mostly is a steam fault, and i've already contacted steam support but i bet they won't do anything for me)
