He rushed me and chatted inbetween trade and chat window. He never informed me it was duplicated and i was he rushed me through the trade as fast as possible.

I really don't think hats duplicated at that tier would matter very much, you can always resell it if you are uncomfortable with it. Also, do you have a link to show the previous owners/IDs?

I don't believe that a duped craft hat affects the value. You can re-sell it at the same price.
