Ok this is your usual PayPal scam. I'm not sure how Steamrep deals with these, but even if he doesn't get marked it should still be a warning to those who want to deal with him. I sold him a Bill's, 10 Keys and 10 Ref for the total price of 31$. His PayPal was verified, he had sufficient Rep on his profile and overall looked alright (I guess u could say he doesn't have enough games but overall I thought it was fine). He went first, added the message that the payment is for virtual items and I traded him the goods (there is a comment on my profile from him saying everything went fine, he deleted me from his list but not the comment). I also have a tf2op screenshot of the history of the Bill's I sold him. Anyways he has claimed an unauthorized access and PayPal is currently investigating the manner, but no matter how they decide it's still an attempted scam and he should get marked for it. Also keep an eye out for that Bill's, it seems like he moved it to an alt-account together with the Keys. It's painted grey and desc-tagged *Not 4 Sale* (the stars are important as a few Bill's are desc-tagged that way). I'll add a few of the screenshots and hope I have provided enough evidence to get him marked.

Also just throwing it out there as a possibility, because that guy has made quite a few alts and one of them is friends with ✪ Vivian it could very well be another one: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198000778444
