Tried to pay $80 for a unusual mining hat with green confetti effect, and added $10 for vintages that arnt even close to what they are worth. Then as it goes on he wants me to pay first. I told him if he has no rep then he has to go first. Which he has no rep on steamrep. Then he goes onto saying i am not in a rush to buying an unusual yet, then i say buy the vintages then and he says no until you go for first.

I had proof of this chat until i closed the chat because i am not dealing with any scammers through paypal trading.
