Description: Agreed to grant/trade Professor Speks to scammer for a Strange Knife on TF2OP. Met in trade, had the scammer show the knife in trade. Granted the Professor Speks to the scammer through an alt account (https://steamcommunity.com/id/kiaczar171) I use to idle and recently upgraded to premium, and expected the scammer to follow through in the trade window. Claimed he needed to go to supper, canceled the trade, and de-friended me. I immediately attempted to add him again, which was faced with a block. I was not able to get a screen shot of the chat in the trade, but I quickly highlighted and copied the chat window before the trade was canceled which is listed below. There is no trade history where the alt traded him, as the item was never in my inventory.

The way you trade professor speks is " when a player with a free account upgrades to a premium account by purchasing an item in the Mann Co. Store, they are presented with an option to select, from their Steam friends list or from players on the current server, the name of the person who referred them to (or helped them the most with) Team Fortress 2. Any existing premium account player who is selected in this fashion receives the Professor Speks"

I recently upgraded an alt account (http://steamcommunity.com/id/kiaczar171) and had the ability to grant the speks to any player. We had agreed through TF2OP that I would grant the speks to him in exchange for a strange knife.

I added him on both my main and alt account. We entered into a trade on my main account (http://steamcommunity.com/id/kiaczar). He showed the strange knife in the trade. I granted the speks to the scammer on a separate computer by selecting him as "the person who referred them to (or helped them the most with) Team Fortress 2" with the trade still open. Once the item appeared in his inventory, he was supposed to follow through with the trade that was open. Once the speks appeared in his inventory (http://tf2b.com/item/76561198046849495/749168972), he canceled the trade, and unfriended me. I immediately re-added him, which was faced by a block from him.

He has not responded to any of my messaged through TF2OP since.
