I bought a Strange Loch n Load from him and then I bought it for 1 ref when everyone knows it's only worth 2 rec. I didn't know the price till I saw the spreadsheet. He changed the price cause I would never have bought it... Then he acts like its funny that he got me for 1 ref.

This isnt scamming, refer to the price sheet next time you decide to complete a transaction. You said "Everybody knows" its worth 2 rec but you didn't, and maybe he didnt either.
