this guy first sent me a link, then went offline and then went back on



he later went online and told me he press a link and got hacked

i dunno why but this is the third time the person had come to me and tried to let me press the link

the guy is a victim too who pressed the link

Thanks for the report, just as a note you listed his ID twice.
Since he is phishing, I would advise reporting him to Steam, to do this, go to his Steam Profile, and click report violation on the right hand side. Select User Misconduct and fill out the description, with links to evidence as well. Send this to Valve and he may get his account disabled.
