    What happened? Description:
    Basically i found this guy on twitter. He made a post saying that i can Double your Csgo Item. So i msg him on twitter. Pic attached. Then i sent the keys. Then he blocked me.​

    I'm afraid without the chat agreement/discussion thru steam or something of a broken agreement again thru steam chat only we can't continue with this report.
    Basically - communication thru something else besides steam chat which is what we would use to verify the user against who you talked to or accusing is just not acceptable.
    Invalidating on these grounds.
