Description:
He contacted me saying he'd like to buy my Stormy Hermes for $220 which I was trading for on outpost. His profile looked very untrustworthy. Not a lot of games, barely any TF2 Playtime, etc. I chatted with him for a while, and when I decided it's not worth it he upped his offer and exclaimed he really wanted the hat. Then I suggested a middleman which he avoided for about 5 minutes.

While I was working this report, I got another direct report about this guy as well. He's apparently running around right now using different Paypal accounts & trying to convince people to go first and they will pay them later. He may appeal this later but his continued refusal to use a middleman and offering for way more than this hat is worth, would be sufficient for a caution at the least. Thank you for the report.
