Description:
Pretty simple, Saxxy is cooperating with Zealor to make fake offers and rip off users that don't have that much experience in trading. This has been done in 3 trades ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1726038 , http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1652756 , http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/2157517 ). For the third one, I intentionally told Saxxy that I may trade for his hat as long as he gets some offers. And then ZING! - Zealor offers buds that he never had. Then, I told him he needs a better offers and Zealor offers in a jiffy. The trade in which I talked to Saxxy is: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/2210734
Later on, I added Saxxy and he admitted to having faked these offers. I've seen someone get tagged on steamrep and banned on trading websites for doing so, so I don't know why it shouldn't be done in this occasion.
And Zealor may as well be a scammer, as he had a trade open to "buy buds" while he hadn't been online for nearly a week. He also is a friend of Saxxy.

The information provided was good. At this time it is unknown wether they are friends, or the same person, since they live in Singapore, where the IP system is weird.

This does however fall under the category of fake offers, thank you for the report.

Look at the 4th screenshot, friends from December 24, 2011. Zealor's account was created 5 days before that ( 3rd screen ). And he even admitted it in the chat (Screenshot 1 & 2). I think that's strong enough evidence to prove that they are, if not the same person, cooperating. If you need to confirm it via IP or something similar, I guess I'll have to wait.

Lol he didn't show the part where he said he would forget about everything if I gave him my white bill's hat.

If you're going to back up that claim, provide a screenshot of the chat. Otherwise, its hearsay.

It's people like this that ruin outpost. I hope that both of these jokers get tagged to the fullest. Be WARY of any steam mobile shots he posts as steam mobile only shows the avatar of the person you're chatting with and it can be easily doctored.

Saxxy a screenshot would be nice. Was this conversation on the same chat? If it was then he posted the whole chat since you can see the chat slide bar overlapping each other signifying a complete chat.

Also, I do believe if a bribe or type of blackmail was conducted its a bit irrevelent to the case. You are still being investigated for the possible "fake c/o's" on your trades made by Zealor.

I just find weird the random hour added and getting removed randomly, sounds like a fake chat xD. Except if you disabled and reenabled the hours randomly...
