He has the new 2020 pudge hook and I was offering my juggernaut arcana and lina immortal for it, I went first, he didnt respond and deleted me
He sold the arcana already​

The item in question is called "The Abscesserator" and it's the new ultra rare reward from Immortal Treasure 1 which came out in the recent battlepass on 25 May 2020 (https://dota2.gamepedia.com/The_Abscesserator)
It isn't tradable but it is able to be gifted only once to someone in your friends list.
The accused still has it in his inventory as seen in the picture below. He has however changed his profile picture, his name and the way his profile looks in the picture below. If you compare that to picture 'evidence5.png' you can see.
In picture 'chat2.png' he sends me a picture of the ingame window that shows the item is able to be gifted. When I looked at the picture closely I noticed he was also talking to a guy named 'Sinner' (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198069435948/)
I added him to ask if he knows the accused but he told me the same guy also scammed items off him for the same new pudge 2020 hook. I have copied our chat. He has since also send a steamrep ticket, that's what he said.
