What happened? Description:

English no good, he said he will pay by paypal and he sent 200 dollars via paypay says money will appear in 24 hours, i sent Cyrex and he unfriends and blocks me. Payment was a invoice so i received no money. i talked to other people he has traded with and same thing. he sends them a invoice, tells them to wait 24 hours, takes the items and leaves before they can take back their +rep or say anything.​
