There is bold evidence of Teeird scamming, he obviously knew how much is unusual is worth, tricking him out of his hat. I thought Jailbait made it clear that Teeird is a scammer, but he still hasn't been marked.

He's banned by http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/14610, and banned by http://www.sourceop.com/modules.php...opic&t=50319&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 for sharking and scamming.

I think this is more than enough Evidence that Teeird is a scammer/shark.

That was Denied because sharking does not fall under the purview of SR.

I do believe he should be banned out, but SR made it clear they don't mark for sharking.
