Attempts to phish me by using fake steamcommunity website. I don't know them personally. Added me immediately after I bumped my trade on Outpost​

Also when i entered on his profile and in his group called "OStalker's Army" in discussion is one guy who want to report him too and he posted image too when he tryed to scam him - http://postimg.org/image/fu9t1bwqd/

Just like both of you, I just got the exact same thing. Only about 2 seconds after I bumped my trade on outpost, he added me and gave me a phising link. I did some investigation and found some info on the domain :

These are all the domains signed under him:

He is using a phised account and is running his phisers from the Russian Federation.

I almost went to the link too, and I came to steamrep to report him and found this thread. He removed me after I threatened to call Steam (total bs)

If he isn't marked yet, he needs to be. I already sent a report to Steam.

I would like to say I am truly sorry that my account bothered you. I got it stolen, and I just barely recovered it back via Steam Support. I wasn't focused on really anything so I clicked on the link, and I thought the uploading the file was a new security feature of some sort. Yes, I'm a ✿✿✿✿✿✿, but we can continue that argument forever, but again, I'm sorry that my account and said hijacker caused you guys much trouble and annoyance.
