The guy wanted 3 gifts of dota2 to which I'd send first and he'd pay me $10 for each one. The deal was I sent him 1 then he sent me $10 or $20USD, and we'd do that until 3 were traded. Below are screenshots of chatlog + successful trade.

Ah, forgive my terrible formatting. Just to elaborate.

I sent the gift to the e-mail '[email protected]' as he already owns the game; thus couldn't gift to his particular account. He added me to friends through steam trades which I advertised the items: http://www.steamtrades.com/forum/pZwhW/h-dota2-w-paypal-10-each.

Could you please post a screenshot of your gift history? You can view it by going to your inventory, clicking 'Pending Gifts', and then 'View gift history'.

I only did 3 transactions that day, with first 2 on that list being a successful paypal transactions. So I'm guessing it's that 3rd one on the list. The name isn't the same as the person I trade, is it possible that it was further gifted to that account? Not sure too how the naming works in the gifting system. I sent the gift via that email though, not through steam friends.

As further proof, that is proof of the 4 gifts I had to begin with, and that chat in the bg is part of the chat I had with the scammer. Should be able to match it up with the chatlog.

Oh just noticed, in the post above this one, in the first screen cap in the details section it confirms that I sent that targetted gift to the above specified e-mail address.

Not sure how credible this is, but I just happened to find someone on steam trades using the same steamID as that '2nd account' that you posted Bo0m! in relation to the e-mail.
Decided to check that users profile and they both happened to be located in the same region. This user also has multiple scammer listed friends on his/her friend list.

Additionally, I thought I'd confront the user I posted about above and after going back to his details I now see (after I mentioned that the scammer had the same region), he/she has now removed it from his/her profile.
Another thing which I thought was a bit sus was if you notice in the chat log - 'Most' spells what I assumed to be 'thread' as 'threat'. The above user that I posted above has also done that in his steam profile page.

I know that this is rather inconclusive, but I thought it would be nice if someone could check if there's any connection there. There seems to be a few sus points.
