tl;dr

He was on a game server, didnt know not to trade for game without having game in window. He gave hat and in return the scammer took off and blocked him. Scammers profile is set to private (not surprised at all).

Only thing I can get from him at this point is the screenshot of the trade history. It is linked below:

I am not sure if this is enough for a full conviction but its all i can get him to come up with at this point.

Time of incident : approximately12:40 local time to the victim (GMT: -6)
