    What happened? Description:
    He added me to sell his ak-47 fire serpent Factory New which is 325 keys (price here - https://csgo.steamanalyst.com/id/4283) and he offered me on my stuff and was doing huge overpay and that was suspicious coz my items added to 227 keys (karambit doppler , flip tiger tooth , m4a4 desolate space , ak-47 neon revolution). I told him that i'd send the offer later but he rushed saying he'd be leaving soon so i sent my offer which is shown below in screenshots for AK 47 Fire Serpent FN and then he asked me to add another rifle and i did and then for the third time he asked me to change the offer cause his little brother didn't want to give away a skin so i did the same but this time the AK-47 was FIELD TESTED and not FACTORY NEW on which we agreed on. The FACTORY NEW was moved to some other inventory and switched with FIELD TESTED variant which was just 82 Keys (https://csgo.steamanalyst.com/id/4283).

    The screenshot below shows the trades i've sent with the FACTORY NEW VERSION and the trade i was about to send when i found out the item has been switched to FIELD TESTED . Further if more proof is needed that he really switched the items you can see it in the screenshot where it shows that the Factory New variant isn't available to trade and is grayed out in trade window.
    Also if there is still further proof required if the guy intended to trade his FACTORY NEW AK , i asked him in chat and he mentioned the price 800$ and the float value 0.06 FACTORY NEW has float between 0 to 0.07.
    Hope he gets banned now :3

    I sent it and the Factory new weapon was still there and the third time when he asked me to change i was sending the offer when i noticed the weapon has been switched

    Ok if you sent it then the item in a users inventory is irrelevant - the accused would have had to be the one putting the difference of items in to be the one trying to scam attempt with a quick switch..what you find in a pack or didn't find we don't know if the real item was there, wasn't there or whatever really didn't matter anyway since you were the one populating items.
    For a scam like this to be proven the accused must be putting/sending the offers different from the agreement.
    So unless you have more evidence we can't review this.
    Got anything else? Yes/No?

    Yes actually , the trades i've sent show the item was there in the first place i.e. FACTORY NEW variant in the first 2 trades and then when i was about to send the third offer as he asked , it was removed from the inventory and switched with the cheap variant of FIELD TESTED also there is proof that the item was removed from the inventory if you see in the scam lel 2 and scam lel 3 screenshot the AK-47 is greyed out while the other gun has white borders , graying out and getting dotted borders mean that the item was removed from the inventory and didn't exist in the inventory . The first offer was the one he declined in which it shows the item is no longer present in the inventory and the second offer got cancelled as the item that i offered on was removed from the inventory and switched. I've zoomed on the trade history screenshot so they show better also if there is any doubt about me editing photos i can make a video too to show all the proof. proof.PNG proof2.PNG

    Yes he asked me to in chat because he couldn't send them for some reason he specified there and he asked me to change it 3 times which was suspicious already if you ask him to present his trade history i'm sure you'd see the switch taking place , Factory New with Field Tested. That was his purpose to get me off guard when i first checked the item he thought i wouldn't check the item again and again several times when i send him trade but fortunately i noticed the change also if there is a doubt that there were 2 variant in his profile FACTORY NEW and FIELD TESTED that still doesn't explain why he removed the FACTORY NEW variant from his inventory while he clearly states in chat that he intend to trade that. Also if there is ambiguity that if the FIELD TESTED was present in his inventory and i mistakenly put it in trade , its not there in his inventory now and got switched back to FACTORY NEW when i told him that i will report him.

    Ok I completely understand what your saying - but you are not adding any additional evidence to prove any scam here... does not matter what was said its what can be shown to go with what was said. I've read the chats...I don't need to know how you view them.
    The accused didn't send the 2nd trade offer - you sent it and were digging around in a pack for items to add and didn't find the item correct?
    Please answer yes or no.

    I sent the first offer and the accused asked me to edit the trade offer asking me to add one more item which i did and then he asked me to edit it again . I didn't get scammed but he solely did it with intention to scam by switching the items the third time . Yes i sent it and the item was switched with some other with intention to scam . He can be seen specifying in chat that he had Factory New AK which he switched

    Ok so two things cause this report to be archived - #1 no full original agreement I see no mention in the chat anywhere of the condition of the items to be traded be it well worn or factory new so that is the main one. The other was the fact that the accused never sent the offer which left you picking items from their pack and for all we know the items to be traded was there...the accused couldn't be scamming if they weren't the one putting items in to start with.
