He was promptly banned from our servers.

I get messaged from 3 people who are regulars on the CvG Trade server (which i'm admin on) that a guy was advertising being able to dupe items for a refined. Once i heard this I launched tf2 and he left the server. I permanently banned him from our servers and had two people who took screenshots send them to me. One of the people who sent me screen shots is a member of CvG who didn't have mod powers at the time.
