i got a Green confetti Demo fro. and traded with who wanted to give lvl 100 V. flare.. he said it was worth buds!
and he said me demo fro was duped.. so it wasent worth anything ...

Steamrep usually not tag as scammer because of sharking or mis-evaluation of the value of items.

Also, if you want to do a proper report, read the stickies.

P.S. Please please please feel free to ask others for price checks. Ask a trade admin, check and see if someone else is selling the item for question and if so for how much, ask everyone on the server around you if they think it is a good deal. I know some servers frown upon this, but the ones that do you prolly do not wanna trade on anyways.

You can just copy/paste what you wrote here to those forums or just link to them. Thanks for the report!
